Don’t Forget! Waivers must be signed. A parent or legal guardian must sign for children.
BE THE ART
Enjoy the mess, but we got rules.
Be sure to read them.
No running, pushing, shoving, hitting or throwing containers at other participants.
- All paint activities must take place inside Splatter Zone’s play area.
- A responsible adult must be in attendance and have children in sight for the entire duration.
- No food or drink in Splatter Zone’s play area.
- No fighting or excessive rough housing.
- No spitting.
- No standing on furniture.
- No pulling on or playing behind wall coverings or floor tiles.
- No outside paint supplies.
- No inappropriate art, words, or symbols should be painted on materials not leaving with you.
- No dumping leftover paint. Leave in a caddy, bucket, or on a table.
- Adults are expected to enforce these rules.
This waiver must be signed for children onsite by a parent or legal guardian unless other arrangements are made. Relatives and babysitters cannot sign for children not their own. This agreement is good for one (1) year from the date signed.

Before opening Splatter Zone to the public we asked our Friends if their kids would like to give a test run.
They played for 55 minutes. They used 35 bottles total and every splatter toy we had. They had a blast.
After leaving, they went to Dairy Queen covered in paint.
